Wallpaper Removal

We worked in this house last summer to remove wallpaper from their kitchen and dining room walls.  In the fall, they had some water damage in two of the three bedrooms on the 2nd floor, so we were called back in to make some repairs.  The ceilings in both bedrooms were a mess, and there was old dark wallpaper on the walls.  We were called back in to make the rooms nice again.

Here are some photos of the wallpaper and ceiling damage:

This is quite an impressive improvement:

Repair and Paint #2

The owner of this house contacted me last year to paint his entire house.  Considering all of the repairs, it would have been a daunting and expensive task.  So, he put it off until last week.  We repaired and painted 2 bedrooms, the 3rd floor hallway, and a bathroom.  He had high a high velocity ducts and soffits installed in those areas that needed to be finished.  Plus there was damage to the seams in almost every corner.  Here are a couple of photos of the bedrooms with the wall damage that we had to repair.

The Painting of an Entire House

The new owner of this 1,800 sq. ft. house had a general contractor renovate it.  They put in 3 new bathrooms, a new kitchen, mostly new ceilings, new baseboards, and new doors among other things.  The owner did not like the GC's painter, so he chose me instead.

It is very difficult to express in pictures and words everything that goes into painting and entire house.  My team of 4 people and I spent 7 days painting every surface of this house.  We painted every ceiling, wall, door, baseboard, and trim.  Here are the before and after photos:
