I receive calls rather frequently from people who think they can take on a project in their house. One might say to their spouse, "I can remove that wallpaper from the hallway and stairwell over the weekend. Then I'll paint it next week." Since this person usually has a day job that does not require the tools and ladders that a contractor has, this type of project does not get completed. Take it from me. It took unemployment for me to get the work in my house done, so I don't know how other people actually do it. These folks could not. So, I got the call.
When we get to the house, the wallpaper was removed from the hallway, but not the stairwell. I did not get the camera out in time, so my "before" pictures are actually "work in progress" pictures.

Since we were there, the homeowners asked us to paint their dining room, as well

When we were done, I received a very simple and direct email from the homeowner. He said, "It looks great. You and your team did a great job! I will make sure to put a review on Angie's list."
