Repair and paint

I worked in this house for the first time in the summer of 2009.  At the time, it was the biggest task I had ever taken.  I did not know if my fledgling crew and I could handle it.  The task was to paint the common areas of the house and sand & paint all of the trim.

Following are photos of a room I have not yet painted.  It still has the color of the old nasty mucus colored trim.

The trim that we painted was not at all ordinary.  This crown molding was all over their 1st floor.  All of the door trim, doors, baseboards, and stairwell spindles through 3 floors was all the color as above. It's a shame that it was ever painted in the first place, but we made it beautiful.

This is the 3rd time they called me to do work in their house.  This time, we repaired some damage on the ceiling of one room:

Before
After (with an edge still wet at the time of the photo)

We also changed the color and made a few minor repairs of another room.  They simply wanted to go from blue to green.

We have plans to return again to paint their master bedroom that has some of that phlegm colored trim and lots of peeling paint.
